Shipping & Shop Policies

I carefully pack and ship each item myself from Oregon, using recyclable or reusable materials whenever possible. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

All domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking included. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. I’m not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but I’ll do my best to help if your order goes missing or is significantly delayed.

International Orders

I’m happy to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Customs fees, duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping. These are the buyer's responsibility and will be charged by your country at delivery if applicable.

  • I cannot mark items as gifts or falsify customs forms.

  • Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination and customs processing. Once an international package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be limited or unavailable depending on your country’s postal service.

  • I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable international packages once they leave the U.S. If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me before purchasing.

International shipping is currently available to the UK, Canada, Germany, France, and Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Care Instructions

Ceramics

Unless otherwise noted, ceramic items are not food safe and should be used only for their intended purpose (such as pin dishes, trays, or holders). These pieces are made for creative or functional use in your studio or home—not for serving or storing food.
To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash gently with mild soap. Do not place ceramics in the dishwasher or microwave.

Wood Items (Beeswax Finish)

Wooden pieces are finished with a blend of natural oils and beeswax to nourish and protect the surface. Over time, the finish may wear with use. To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • Avoid soaking in water or exposing it to high heat or prolonged direct sunlight.

  • To refresh the finish, apply a small amount of beeswax polish or food-safe mineral oil with a soft cloth, let sit briefly, then buff to a soft sheen.

Customer Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. I will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information, email address, or order details with any third party—ever.

Any information collected (such as your name, email, shipping address, or payment details) is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe), and I do not have access to your full payment details.
